Take the leadership role in communicating and getting consensus with the technology direction for CommunityAmerica Credit union.Continue to build / optimize Enterprise Architecture best practices and drive the change across the organization, both at the technology and business teams.Develop enterprise architecture solutions at conceptual, logical, and physical level for core platforms.Collaborate with the business in understanding the strategic goals and translate that into architectural requirements. Drive the overall Enterprise Architecture strategy that support the CommunityAmerica Credit Union business strategy.In addition, this role will be the steward for understanding the future technology trends in the financial industry and recommending the solutions that position the Credit Union to continue excel in their ability to service their members. This role also will be responsible for driving the processes to implement the EA best practices. In this role, EA will work with the business, and the technology teams to continue to enhance the foundational architecture that addresses data, application, infrastructure, and information security. We are looking for an individual to lead the Enterprise Architecture function with proven business and architectural skills who can drive the enterprise technology strategy and deliver the solution to meet the business goals. Information Technology will be the backbone of this transformation with Enterprise Architects (EA) providing a key leadership role. CommunityAmerica has been embarking the digital transformation journey for the last 2 years to meet the needs of our members now and in the future.
